5. FOSTER COMMITMENT 5.1 Time commitment The Directors are aware of the time commitment expected from each of them to attend to matters of the Group generally, including attendance at Board, Board Committee and other types of meetings. The annual Board meeting calendar is planned and agreed with the Directors prior to the commencement of each new financial year. The Board is satisfied with the level of time commitment given by the Directors towards fulfilling their roles and responsibilities as Directors of the Company. The Board meets at least four (4) times a year. During the financial year 2018, the Board met six (6) times (including two (2) special board meetings). The Board Committees also convened their respective meetings in accordance with their terms of reference.
