Dagang NeXchange Berhad ("DNeX") was incorporated on 12 October 1970 as TIME Engineering Sdn Bhd and was converted into a public company on 24 June 1983 upon which it assumed its name "TIME Engineering Berhad". It was thereafter listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 September 1983.
To further reflect its renewed business focus of providing end-to-end, comprehensive e-commerce services for Trade Facilitation, it assumed its present name effective 19 May 2014.
